The past few weeks have been huge for Fresha! We’ve made lots of changes like removing online booking fees, launching a brand new look so Fresha is easier to use than ever before and have made client forms and reviews free! Read on to find out more.

*Say goodbye to online booking fees 💸

We’ve been making some really exciting changes at Fresha in the past few weeks. On 1st November 2021, we made the bold decision to remove a whole range of fees for businesses using our platform! Why? Because you asked and we listened. We’re making life that little bit more affordable for you – just in time for the busy holiday season.

Client forms and reviews are now free 👀

Save time and gather all your client’s details before their appointment with our free client forms. Once completed, send them a link via email so they can leave a review about the amazing services you offer.

*Payments are now available for everyone 🙌

Payments are now available to everyone without needing to sign up for online bookings, meaning you can start processing payments and protect your business against no-shows and late cancellations straight away!

*Blast campaigns are now available for all partners 📩

You no longer need to set up online bookings to send blast campaigns to your clients! Send a quick update or special offer to all or specific client groups to retain them and increase bookings.

Upload photos and files to your client’s profile 📸

You can now upload and attach photos and files to a client’s profile, including PDFs, CSV, JPG, and PNG! Add up to 10 files at once and they will be stored in one place, downloadable, and easy to retrieve.
